Shipping policy

We offer a safe and free worldwide shipping with DHL/FEDEX (and optionally Canada Post to Canadian Addresses if so desired). All our orders are checked before shipment to ensure you receive the product you ordered in great condition. (If you receive a faulty, damaged, or different product, please reach out to us here.)

We offer a 15 day return policy. Meaning that if you don't like the product you receive and wish to return it, you may return it to us, but you will need to contact us for the return address, you cannot return it to the factory. Attempting to send the product back to the origin location may result in the product getting lost at customs and additional restocking fees. You will need to pay a 10% restocking fee for standard refunds. We will refund you your full order amount, minus the 10% restocking fee, within the first 15 days of receiving. After the 15 day window, we recommend that any issues with the items you have, that you let us know within the 1 year warranty window and we will provide replacement pieces for the defective items reported to us, sent to you at no extra cost.

It is your responsibility to protect yourself against theft. With many shipping providers you are able to sign up for text message notifications, you should do this immediately when you receive your tracking number. This way the shipper can contact you about an estimated delivery date and time more accurately as the package nears its destination. This will prevent potential porch theft.

If an item is reported stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us or their shipping provider to begin a theft claim. This will allow us to send you new replacement items or provide a refund if we deem it the best course of action and that you have a valid reason for the refund. Please contact us before attempting to demand a chargeback from your bank as chargebacks cost us more than a refund.

Any customs fees, taxes, duties, import fees and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer must be aware of possible duties or additional fees for the kinds of products we sell. 

We offer a 1 year warranty for all our electronic parts from the date of receipt. 

The below table is the optimal times of delivery. During peak seasons delivery can sometimes be delayed up to 4 weeks.
