Material：
All of the parts are made by CNC. The main parts of hilt are made from 6061 brass. Some of small parts are made form aluminum.

Chassis Design:
- The chassis designof 89sabers in 2023, the chassis are made from High strength nylon. It can beturned on and off independently.
- There are 2 accent RGB LEDs on the chassis and one switch.
- The chassis use a pointed headbattery with physical battery protection function so the battery can last a long time.
