All of the parts are made by CNC. The main parts of hilt are made from brass. Some of small parts are made form 6061 aluminum.

Chassis Design:
The chassis design of 89sabers in 2023, the chassis are made from High strength nylon. It can be turned on and off independently.
There are 2 accent RGB LEDs on the chassis andone switch. The chassis use a pointed headbattery with physical battery protection function so the battery can last a long time.
