Blade Length Guide: If you’re not sure which length to use, choose 32 inch. 28 inch blades offer enhanced maneuverability and are ideal for intricate combat techniques, indoor saber spinning, or shorter individuals less than 5’5” or if you are using a double bladed saber. 32 inch blades provide the classic balance of reach and control. 36 inch blades deliver maximum reach and presence, perfect for dramatic displays and powerful strikes. Ideal for outdoor spinning use if you are 6 feet tall.

Material:
All parts are made using CNC machining. The main parts of the hilt are made from 6061 aluminum. Some small parts are made from brass.
Surface Treatment:
Anodized surface (some parts are plated).
Chassis Design:
This is the 2023 chassis design by 89 Sabers. The chassis is made from high-strength nylon and can be turned on and off independently.
There are two accent RGB LEDs on the chassis and one switch. The chassis uses a pointed-head battery with physical battery protection, allowing the battery to last a long time.
If Empty option:
Empty hilt only, no electronics, for DIY installing.
If Fully Installed option (or Installed Without Blade option):
Installed with Proffieboard v3.9, with 19 sets of sound fonts and light effects.
The connector for the blade in the emitter has 9 pieces of RGB LEDs.
High-quality 3W 22mm speaker.
Battery: 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery with pointed head for physical circuit protection.
Battery life: About 60 minutes.
Charging time: 3–4 hours (5V, 1A specification charging).

Choose from 3 different packs of 5 saber fonts from Mythomix. Each pack contains amazing saber fonts to add to your saber. These fonts will be available to install on your saber's SD card. Installable with the Xeno Configurator app (available for most Baselit and all Xenopixel sabers). Or install the files directly to the SD Card from the files provided to you! Every saber has technology inside that powers the blade lighting apparatus and effects. Most of our designs come with standardized technology like Baselit, Xenopixel, Proffie, Asteria, SNPixel and more.
For the serious collector, you want a bespoke installation that will elevate your entire collector's experience with a custom handmade chassis, installed with specialized lighting, crysal chamber, style, design, perhaps a different board, and more.
Choose the Custom Installation by Tierfon Orbital option with a baselit or empty hilt, and you'll get an amazing saber with incredible internals from our saber installation partner Tierfon Orbital. Product delivery will take longer, depending on project complexity and design.
Which Saber length is right for you?
The most common choice for a saber is 32 inches. This is a good balance for outdoor saber spinning and choreographed duels.
If you’re height is less than 6 feet, or you’re spinning indoors, using a saber staff or double bladed saber, 28 inches is likely be the best choice. We can also offer shorter customized lengths for blades.
If you are involved in pro dueling, or are taller than 6 feet, 36 inches is the length for you.
